Tough nut?
Well, no matter how tough one is, no matter how lost sumone is in sin, he or she is never too hard a nut for the love of God to crack!
I read wif interest this news article today - Taiwan's gangster-turned-preacher.
An expert in martial arts and boxing, a bully when young, a gangster when older, a criminal – kidnapping, robbery, even murder! But things changed when a girl started praying for him – the sister of a fellow gangster. Then his life was turned upside down and he was touched by Christ’s love.
Now, married to that same girl, he is a reformed person, a man bent on spreading the gospel, the good news of the great love which set him free and bought him salvation.
No wonder they want to make a movie of his life story! After all, the creator of the universe is oso the author of his life story!
Remember, when things seem to be hopeless (like being 3-0 down in a Champions League Cup Finals!!), there is always still hope.
"It's never too late to be changed," he (the ganster-turned- preacher) said with a smile. "Everyone can be changed. It's never too late."
